Piston Style (Alternating) Bent Over Row

Hold the dumb bells in an underhand grip and bend over at the hips until your torso is almost parallel to the floor. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back slightly arched. Pull the weight with one arm, pause, then lower. Either repeat with the other arm (piston style) or do one rep with one arm then another rep with the other arm (alternating).
