Awesome for strengthening your triceps. (note: L=Left, R=Right)
Lie of L-side with legs together, slightly bent. Place L-hand on R-hip and R-hand on the floor in front of L-shoulder.
Extend R-arm lifting L-shoulder off the floor. Bend elbow to lower without touching shoulder to the floor.
Repeat 10x on each side.
