first 300 workout
so i didn't make it to the gym before class, but i couldn't miss my first 300 workout. I went to the gym right around close, hoping it would be empty, and of course, it was still busy...yuck.
Regardless, i got in a pretty good workout, and I'm quite sore today.
I dead lifted, did lunges with weights, bench, bulgarian dead lifts, tricep machine, 8-8-8-8 shoulders, squat, pull ups and chin-ups. i did abs when i got home b/c the gym was closing.
so it went well i guess, i kinda wish i had access to some of the really amazing stuff they did in the video, but i guess i'll have to work on that.
