This is my first active day on here. I just finished the no equipment workout. I posted some body pictures was hoping someone could check them out and maybe give some workout advice.

You said some of the weight came back... you lost the weight before - you know how to do it. It's just a question of doing it... then maintaining it.
I don't know if you worked out with friends before or play(ed) any sports but it might make life more interesting and help with keeping up your fitness level. But I don't know you or your preferences... or why you stopped working out for a while. More information might be helpful. What kind of help are you looking for?

actually im looking for some general workout advice. I used to go to the gym with a buddy of mine but I'd rather do it at home. Just easier for me. As far as the weight that's easy enough for me to lose. I'm hoping to get more definition really so any ideas you may have I'll be here :p
