A great variation from some traditional exercises.
Muscle Groups: Abdominals

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Start with knees bent at 90 degrees and upper torso in a crunch postition.

Step 2

Drop both knees to left side while maintaining the 90 degree angle.

Step 3

As you bring knees back up to vertical, bring right elbow towards the outside of left knee.

Repeat on other side.
