Use an incline to target your upper pecs.
Start
Lie back on the incline bench and grasp the barbell with an overhand, shoulder-width grip.
Movement
Take a deep breath and exhale as you press the barbell over your chest. Don't lock out your elbows at the top; reverse the path of the movement on the lowering (negative) portion of the lift.
