A machine to safelly do ab crunch and add free weight to augment the strenght.
Muscle Groups: Abdominals

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Lie on the machine and place your feet between the cushions. Now bend your knees until the upper part of your legs is vertical.
Grab the two handles over your head with your hands.

Step 2

Use your abs to get your knees close to your chest.
If it's too difficult or your back hurts, remove some weight, or add negative weight.

Step 3

Release slowly while breathing in and go down as low as possible but not until the end.
