Muscle Groups: Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Glutes

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Using leg press. Place one foot directly infront of you and other leg straight off to side and out of the way.

Step 2

Bend knee until it forms to 90 degrees then extend shy of locking the knee out.

Repeat.
