Full body workout: No weights, just me.

I'm trying to design a simple workout that is easy to keep up, that doesn't rely on having access to weights or anything. Something I can do any day in any town.

Check out my current workout here and let me know what important things I'm missing. Feel free to borrow any ideas.

Sorry first time i notice this all you had on your workout was jogging was not much to say about it ;-)

you should add regular crunches, another thing pullups(good for back and biceps), you do not need a machine to do them a solid tree branch would work as well. You could add sissy squats for your quads. things like windmils and so on would work yout lower back and hamstrings. However if you are really trying to add mass and ton you need weights of some kind.

Hard to say though. If you find your missing some muscles just post here and I will see if I can think of an excercise for it.

In this page you might find some ideas to workout free of weights...
It has exercises video demonstrations to do with equipment but also a lot to do without.. but you could replace for example the bosu or medicine ball with a bed. Use bottles as dumbells, etc
