Fiber is important to burning fat. Eating lots of fiber will keep your blood sugar from spiking and will also allow your body to clean itself out, enhancing metabolism.

The Firm Workouts...(combining cardio & weights)

I back up the firm workouts 100%. I have always got great results, they haven't failed me yet. They gaurantee results in 10 workouts. You burn 3x the fat doing cardio & weights in intervals than cardio alone. I lost all my pregnancy weight in just a few months, 5-6 days a week...THE FIRM!

I would have to say your diet is the most important thing. Because you can run and lift all ya want, that's a good thing, but if your are throwing down 6,000 cals and 300g fat a day...odds are you won't be losing any weight or fat...

The only true path to weight loss (if you have bad habits) is not quick fixes and fad diets.

Here is some painful reality: The real work is developing good habits. It means changing yourself at the core to consider these things to be important aspects of your life constantly.

The good news: Once something is habit, it is easy. Because it's habit

Low carb diet.

But I dont mean Atkins, more like South Beach. Of course, its an individual thing. For me, I find it MUCH easier to overindulge on carbs than on fats and proteins. So the only diets that work for me, overall, are the restricted carb diets.

Like someone else posted, even if you train hard and do cardio, it is STILL possible to overeat. You have to get your caloric intake under control.
