Muscle Groups: Chest

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Laying on Swiss ball with head resting in a neutral position. Hold dumbbells directly above eye level.

Step 2

Bring elbows down towards floor to where elbows reach 90 degrees. Push weights back up towards ceiling.

Repeat.
