The "300" Workout

Hello everyone. Just put together the "300" workout. http://gimme20.com/node/3331

Let me know what you think or what needs to be added to the workout. This is the workout the actors and stunt men used to get ready for the movie. I found this in the director diary videos. Its pretty intense I doubt I could complete all the reps that they suggest, but you can always work up to that. This is mostly the strength training part of the exercise, they also did a big mix of cardio and other intense workouts.

Great workout. I added a lot of stuff for my personal tastes to make it longer and integrate into my current routine, but I think you did a great job.
