Exercise Steps

Step 1

Start with legs in air.

Step 2

Lower legs to about 1 inch off the floor while maintaining lower back into floor. Bring to starting position and repeat.

Add a little to this when you bring your legs back up to the starting position use you ab muscles to raise your bottom slightly off the floor then continue with the lowering of the legs. Remember to go slow and focus on control of the movement (making it seamless) and contraction of the muscles. Make the muscles work for you.
