So, I'm back to square one again because of work-related activities. I have another website called "Must Lose Weight" which never got anywhere.

I've already made my workout schedule and I'm due to start on April 1. :)

Some helpful hints to keep up motivation:

1) Always workout on Monday. It sets the tone for the week because it is the hardest day to drag yourself to the gym.

2) Make your fitness as high a priority as your work life. That may mean taking off to do half an hour of cardio during the day or in the afternoon and then returning to work. You'll be surprised how much more efficient you'll be at work after some cardio or a quick workout routine.

3) If you have made a website that hasn't gone anywhere: Either delete it (so you don't have that guilt in the back of your head telling you that you should be updating it) or Get going with it (and post like a mad man).

I am concerned that your website is a negative influence (through guilt) rather than a positive one.
