So far so good, I did my workouts this morning and felt great! it's so nice to be back into the fitness part of losing weight, I never understood why I stopped to begin with because I really LOVE to workout!
Eating habits I've never really had a problem with, I eat fruits, veggies, protein, all the good stuff so as long as I keep my workouts going good then I won't have a problem losing weight at all!
