L.A. Ab Workout
This exercise is to be paired with a cardio routine, 3x/week. Aim to do 30 min. of cardio (running, elliptical machine, etc.) prior to this ab routine (to keep a higher heart rate during the exercise).
To ease into this workout, begin by doing only 2 of the exercises/day (you can mix and match, but I have designed it so you can pair the Ab Crunch and Plank for day 1, bench crunches and Bosu climb for day 2, and the remaining exercises for day 3). After a couple weeks, try 3 exercises/day.
