Exercise Steps

Step 1

Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold olympic bar so that it rests on shoulders and palms face towards ceiling.

Step 2

Lower butt towards the ground as if you were sitting in a chair while maintaining neutral spine postition and keep chin up. Stand back up into starting postion.

Repeat.
