Exercise Steps
Start with shoulders over wrists at shoulder width apart.
Lower trunk to floor while elbows stay against torso. Push up and repeat.

Upper body strength training. Push ups utilise the chest and the triceps.
If you're in a gym and don't have a spotter, try the machines for the Seated Bench Press and Assisted Dips or Pressdowns and Rope Pulldowns on the cable machine.
