Mounting evidence suggests sex helps keep us healthy

OK, it is not technically weight training, but I still think it fits into this category.

MSNBC has a great article about the potential benefits of getting it on a regular basis:

  • Easing depression and stress
  • Relieving pain
  • Boosting cardio health
  • Countering prostate cancer
  • Healing wounds
  • Fighting Aging

What does everyone think about this? I'm convinced.

...written by a man!! LOL

Seriously though...lol..I do agree with the article BUT in context. I think the max results are when both parties are actively involved in the position changing, heart pumping and blood rushing :D

true that.

It isn't too much fun if the other person is just lying there all the time.

(And I'm glad a woman still agrees with the story)

It isn't too much fun when only one partner is doing all the work but that's either when you need to have a serious re-eval of the whole relationship or see what you can do to spice it up. It takes two...

I love team sports! :)
