Favorite Fitness Models
Who's your favorite fitness model? A top 5 is okay too lol. I'm just wating to get a general idea of what group members feel is the ideal body type. Do you prefer the very defined look popularized my McGlish and Brandt or the feminine and fit look you see in Fadhli and Stratus? I suffered from an eating disorder for years when I was younger and my tendency is to take everything to the extreme, but I am conscious of that. I choose to look to the feminine and fit set for role models because 1, they are most definitely easy on the eyes and 2, I am less likely to engage in self destructive behaviors to achieve those goals.
So, tell me! Who are your favorites? What level do you want to be at before you enter your first contest?

Personally, I prefer what women look like in magazines like Shape, Fitness and Women's Health. I don't like the ripped look (like many Oxygen Magazine models)... the in between look isn't bad.
Jennifer O'Dell doesn't have too much muscle but looks fit. She's also a mom and an actress.
Monica
I'm a huge Monica Brant fan. I think she looks amazing and she seems really balanced in all areas of her life.
I am not too impressed with the women in some of the fitness magazines (Fitness, Shape, Self). Some of them are a bit too skinny, I think. I admire the women in Oxygen magazine but wouldn't want to be that big. I think somewhere in the middle is just right. I've always been a fan of Jennifer Garner. Alias used to be my favorite show. She is fit and muscular and still feminine.

I adore Jamie Eason, the Bodybuilding.com spokesmodel. I think she has a fabulous figure - being muscular, yet still sexy and feminine.
