Not a real comparison though
Not a real comparison though on this poll
Xpand Nitric Oxide contains L-Glutamine and Creatine and Arganine which is another favorite of mine and the main ingredient that give you the pump in any NOS formula. So it is hard to compair against the others. So I wouldn't use this because all the ingredients I pretty much get elsewhere and I am more in control of the exact dosages of each of those.
Chromium Picolinate - I get in my mutlivitamin more consider it a vitamin mineral also I wouldn't say this is critical in body building. Magnesium is more important.
Glucosamine Sulfate - Never considred it a body building supplement, it is key for joints. I am a firm believer in proper warm up stretching and lubing my joints before working out so never had a problem
Actually if I ever had to choose 2 supplements that were the most important a good multivitamin and a good Whey Protien Powder would be the most important. Actually my first 40lbs of muscle in my early 20's and my bench press going from about 150 to well over the 315 mark was done on multivitamin and general Amino Acid Supplement and a good diet only. Whey protein didn't really exist. Supplements were not sold on the internet then and the nearest GNC, which was only place to buy supplements, was an hour drive away. I actually have not had faster gains since that period of time which was about a 3 year period. Seems ever since all gains have been much slower. Now even with more supplements and more science available and 10 years later I do reps on bench with slightly over 405. I dunno what my 1 rep max is anymore been years since I have done it.
Oh yeah and even though Whey Protein did not exist back then, I drank about a gallon of milk a day so I still got plenty of milk protein. I still drink a lot of milk, but now about 4 gallons a week. I definately would call milk a super food.
