Sit on the floor knees slightly bent and feet flat on the floor. Using a medicine ball of desired weight, grasp ball between your hand lean back so your feet just come off the floor. Then begin twisting your upper body placing the ball on the ground to your left, then to your right and so on. Do not let you feet touch the ground until you finish the set. Try to keep a good tempo to feel the burn.
