The last bit is difficult to wrap one's head around. Gaining lean muscle mass= less weight loss! The inches are shrinking in spots and growing in others, so I'm on the right track though!

Great to hear
Great to hear that you are doing well. I too am finding it hard to lose weight right now. I am working out 3-5 times a week, and must be gaining muscle. Do an hour of cardio per workout and 30-45 minutes of weights. Keep up the great work and keep us posted.
Down to 14% body fat
Well, up 20 pounds, but way down in fat content. last 3 months have placed lots of emphasis on weight training. Lots changed. Chest, arms, legs, all much larger than before. Waist, much smaller. Another 5-8 % BF to shed. High protein, low carb is helping.
