Day 01 - Chest & Back

Muscle Groups: Triceps, Chest, Back, Biceps
Starting off with a jog on the treadmill or Stairmaster, this workout then focuses solely on Chest and Back muscles. Ideally, I plan on doing this between classes or after. This will be one intense day because the chest is where I would like to see the most results.
