this is a little tough for me to accomplish in one sit, but I am going to give this a go in my hotel room next week.

Damn, this is a lot of stuff. Gotta give it a go.
Swing Dancing?
I'm a little confused as to why Swing Dancing was thrown on the end there...

good stuff
this is a great workout! it's got enough variety to keep me from growing bored, and i feel like i actually did exercise at the end of it.
although i do have to agree that the swing dancing exercise is a little random.
Felt sick after this workout
Felt sick after this workout lol I think I need to drink during it next time :)
re: Swing Dancing?
Any Dancing is GREAT exercise. Latin Belly Dancing is the True Golden way to assist in an Ab based workout (Kinda scary, a fat guy doing Latin Belly Dancing, but I do ^^)
That's a great article,
That's a great article, there are many people interested in these exercises for keeping a healthy body. Unfortunately they are not enough and sometimes people don't have time to keep the move... This is my case, as much as I would like to have a healthy life based on physical exercises and natural nutrients my time doesn't allow me to do this. I tried to find an intermediary solution and went to my doctor. Now I am on multidolphilus plus and this helps me going.
are you putting of weight?
I interest on it and I'd like to know which trainning is the best for it!
