What did I do?
What in the world did I do? Before today the last day I worked out was the 22nd of December. I weighed myself this morning and I was down TWENTY POUNDS! If I could figure out what I did, I'd make a mint. But only if I can keep it off.
I do have a history of massive weight loss over a short period of time. I lost around 100 pounds over a nine week period when I went through Navy boot camp. That was back when I was much younger though. Even then I was sick as a dog for at least two days.
I put that loss down to going from cool and comfortable Washington State down to hot humid Florida in April and May. We're talking going from 65 degrees to 90 degrees. And going from hardly working out to a regimented exercise plan every day for that period of time. Course by the time I got out of the Navy four years later I had gained it back somewhat.
