Looking to get back into the swing of things after the holidays

I find this to be both the easiest and hardest time of year to workout. The first two weeks of January are easy because I've eaten so much food over the winter holidays and am eager to work it off. BUT, the second two weeks of January the motivation begins to wear thin. That's why I'm at Gimme20, to stay motivated.

Quick Tips
1) Work out on Monday. Workout hard to set the pace for the week. Set a minimum goal to work out on the Monday's of week 3 and 4.
2) BLOG about your troubles if you have them. We'll back you up. Posting inside the "Turning Over a New Leaf" group is a great way to get more 'attention' for your blog posts.
3) If you have any successes, please write about what worked for you and what didn't! We can all benefit!!
