@ this point it's been a week since i started
lifting light weights and attempting to eat less...
@ the beginning i was 120kg and 2m tall (6" 6')
now still the same weight after a week,
but muscles are getting a little more toned...
just after a week... (positive result...)

Sounds like you are on the right track. That first week of training is the hardest. Just remember to only jump on the scale max once per week and don't spend to much time looking at the mirror.
Concentrate on how your body FEELS and the improvements there. The rest will follow :)
