@ this moment stomach is say 5 inches above chest...
in other words it's a slight bulge...
going to attempt to make it no bulge by jan...
nothing too strenuous for december, just work round the house
and light (10kg) dumbell work and situps...
January will be the time for some major adjustments,,, :)
