This workout is designed to help get someone get back in shape, without too much strain. It emphasizes stretching and cardio using a recumbent bike. Although you could do it six days a week, it is best paired with a cadio-oriented weight training routine on alternate days. This workout is is also designed to be completed in 1/2 hour and is perfect for business travelers or people "on-the-go."
