URGH.... ALREADY
I am so mad.. I went in and dug out the scale.... I started all this October 1 and I thought that by now I would see a significant differentce.... I do see a change in my clothes (which is good) but I lost... GET THIS... 1.5 pounds???? Are you KIDDING ME??? I need to revamp everything and get my arse in gear.... I am beside myself... Once again, I am in need of changing SOMETHING...
Okay, over it... I am heading back to get my housework done...

Weight Loss
If you can stay below 1,500 cal's a day you will loose weight. But hey, 1.5 lbs isn't bad and if you were exercising then you may have lost more and built up muscle mass.

I hope... I mean, I have seen a little change in my clothes, but it's so frustrating. I don't know if I want to cut BELOW 1500, but I may have to so I can get the metabolism a boost.... I have low blood sugar and have to eat several times a day, that makes it a little more difficult to stay below 1500...lol (Alright, no more excuses...lol) I guess I am going to research more lower GI foods...
