I need some buddies to share my workout history with.
I recently joined this site and have set up my workout program. I'm a novice and will be doing light standing and sitting exercises. But this group is open to anyone. Regardless of what kind of workout being done, checking in will be the same - just reporting to each other that we have in fact completed our scheduled workout for the day. I truly believe that monitoring each other will be a good way to stay motivated and remain on track.

One more thing: I am adding some functionality this weekend that will allow you to publish your 'workouts' you are tracking into this group to share them with others. How does this sound?

That sounds great!!
I've been wondering how people see it. There aren't many, I don't think, who have their statistics viewable so I've had a hard time trying to figure that out. Can people see my calendars each time they visit my page? Are there individual stat boxes that would or could show up in the group - like on a main forum page or next to each person's photo or something? Being able to report our progress in the group is a wonderful idea.
