Here is me today as I kickoff this group. This was NOT how I looked about this time last year. I was tired, lethargic, and while overall pretty skinny I had an unhealthy tired around my stomach (AKA 'a gut' or 'love handles').
I was sucking in my stomach in this picture. I've still got a little battle to do. I've taken a love with indian food again....
