Kneeling in front of the BOSU, place your elbows one foot apart on top. Keep your neck and spine in neutral position.

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Place your elbows directly under your shoulders, distributing your weight evenly over each. Straighten your body by raising your knees off the floor.

Step 2

Slightly shift your weight to the left elbow as you fully straighten your right arm, so that your hand is placed where your elbow was.

Step 3

Repeat by shifting your weight toward the right arm, allowing the left elbow to be lifted and fully extended.

Step 4

Reverse this process and return to the start position. Do not let your hips drop or uper body sag into your shoulders.
