Exercise Steps

Step 1

Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie on your back on a flat bench with your feet on the floor. Lift the weights over your chest so that your palms are facing each other. Slowly lower the dumbbells until they touch the sides of your chest. Pause, then push the dumbbells up until your arms are nearly straight. Keep your butt on the bench and avoid arching your back beyond its natural position.
