Exercise Steps

Step 1

Using a straight bar or rope on the tricep cable pressdown stand with feet and knees together slightly bent.

Step 2

Elbows are placed at sides, bend elbows to slightly above waist level then press hands into ground. Maintain spine in neutral position.

Repeat.
