1. You just navigate to her page and click "Add to buddylist" under her picture. Can't find her? Try searching for her if you know her username
2. This is the correct place to post questions -- this way when we provide answers the whole community can benefit from answering them or help to clarify problems.
3. I'm on it. This is a major bug. I have assigned a trouble ticket to our software developer Ronn. He should have this resolved ASAP.
