Muscle Groups: Triceps, Chest

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Lay back onto a incline bench at 25-30 degrees. With straight arms in air bring dumbbells above eye level.

Step 2

Lower dumbbells by bending elbows at 90 degrees then contract chest muscles while extending arms back into straight position.

Repeat.

Out of interest, what's the difference between using dumbbells and using the same weight on an olympic bar for this?

It takes a lot more control to work with dumbells. It also isolates each side of the body.
