TNT Diet

I'm on week 4 of the Men's Health TNT Diet (http://www.menshealth.com/tnt). I've lost about 4 lbs, but I have lost inches. It's a diet and a work out program. I have been following it pretty closely and I'm seeing results. The best part about the diet is I'm never really hungry. I do miss milk, bread, and fruit. However, I do get to enjoy them again next week. I recommend this plan for anyone who wants to loose fat and build muscle.

It's not going to be in the 90s every day this week, which is nice. NIFS is starting to get more and more crowded every day. I guess that will happen when it is hot and yucky outside. So I have been debating, do I want to switch up my work out now or keep at it? I have been doing the same two workouts for about 6 months now. Does anyone out in gimmie20 have any suggestions?
Indiana State Fair

The Indiana State Fair is going on in Indianapolis. They now offer Pedal & Park! When you walk or ride on the Monon Trail, you can receive a $1 off coupon. When you ride your bike to the Fair, you can park it at the Pedal & Park tent located near 38th Street and they will secure it for you for free. Don’t wait in traffic, just take a hike to the Fair.
A few friends joined my wife and I as we rode our bikes to the fair. It was crazy hot, but we got a lot of exercise! We needed it to burn off the corn dogs and elephant ears.
