Ye Olde Gymnasium (SCA)

Welcome to the gymnasium. The goal of this group is to create a community environment of SCA fencers (and/or heavy fighters) who want to achieve maximum physical performance.
We will share workouts that are oriented towards fencing. We will also run two week bootcamps where everyone focuses on getting a good workout each day. Please do not hesitate to jump in on discussions or give suggestions.
