Yogurt, sundried tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, swiss cheese, turkey, rosemary ham, chocolate soy milk, skim milk, OJ, an assortment of veggies and fruits, homemade jams, olives, turkey sausage, generally nutritious stuff with a few exceptions (marscapone cheese on toast= best guilty pleasure)
