Hard but mandatory exercise to build a great looking back.

Exercise Steps

Step 1

Lying on an incline bench set up at approx 70 degrees. Start with arms and hands down and relaxed. Keep head and neck in a neutral position.

Step 2

Pull arms up into sides and slowly lower down.

Repeat.
