hmmmm, nope nothing yet....
So I went for a 2 mile brisk walk with ankle weights today followed by a nice lil ab workout. I was doing okay for eating until I went to my fav sushi place. It was all you can eat...and boy let me tell you I did. Sigh, so that was my day.
Hopefully this will become habitual soon
Well, today I did a 2 mile jog, with the ab bridge, reverse situps, and regular situps. Notice the focus on the abs....well I need to get bathing suit ready. Also, I decided to change my diet up. Fruit for breakfast, reg type lunch and fruit/veggie for snack and a lite or no carb type dinner. Lets see if this will speed up progress.
Another day or more pass...
Well, I ended up being so sore that I didn't work out for a few days. So today I made a Cancun workout program. I will have to redo my goal for some of the exercises. I was able to do 6 ab bridges for 30 secs each. Then I was able to accomplish 4 sets of reverse crunches 15 reps. After that I went into leg lifts with ankle weights on, I then moved on to try some lunges, with those same ankle weights. Unfortunately, I was unable to accomplish more than 4. There was no cardio today.
Day 2
I did 30 minutes on the elipticle (spelled wrong I am sure). And went to work out on my arms. I did 4 sets of the fly, 4 sets arm liftingover my head things, and then finished off with the machine where you pull back and works out your back side. Overall I am still sore and can barely move, but hey, that is good right?
Well, here it goes...
Well, I am doing this with my friend for accountability and hopefully a weight loss or a toning of my body. Today I did 12 min on the treadmill and 14 on the Stair Stepper, I then moved to work out on the back extension and the hip adducter and abducter. After that, I did a circuit training thing where I threw a weighted ball against the wall and caught it and move to a squat for 15 rep, jumped onto a platform for 15 reps and did 15 leg raises or knee raises while hanging from that one thingie(can you tell I am not a workout nut?).
