working out
Back in Action!
For the past month and a half I have been reallyyyy out of it in terms of physical activity. Been too busy with work & life to give it any real importance... but this past Thursday I've hit the gym again and determined to finish off what I started. I've still got 9.5 kgs to reach my first goal... 90kg in weight.
I'm still doing circuit training, and hoping to see & feel significant change after a consistent month of working out... stay tuned...

Try, try again
Today I went to my second Power Hour class. I've been to it before but stopped due to my lovely arthritis acting up in my knee. That and I had pneumonia three times. That sucked. But a cortisone shot cleared up the knee so no more excuses!
It's been so stressful at home lately I just had to admit that I needed an outlet because apparently stress eating doesn't work so well!
Here Goes Nothing
I am not very motivated when it comes to working out. It is so much easier to not put forth any effort. But I'm going to pick it up again, after about four months off. Even though I can be very lazy about working out I do miss it. So, here goes nothing.
Gonna start hitting the gym... I think
Hi all,
So I think I'm going to start hitting the gym. Its the winter and I am usually a person who likes to get his exercise from things such as biking, skateboarding and hiking etc. Since I can't do most of that type of stuff in the winter, I decided I will start hitting the gym a couple times a week to try and shed the beer gut I am starting to develop.
Is there anything tips that you that anyone would suggest for a person that has never really been a gym guy? What are some of the first things I should keep in mind?
If anyone could share their knowledge or tell me about their story of when they first started hitting the gym that would be great.
