weight status
Still Making the Effort :)
I have decided, just today actually, that I will start going to the gym EVERY weekday after work :)
Unfortunately, I have no belief that I will actually go every day... but I figure if I tell myself that, the pattern will be set up so that I end up going more often than I do now.
Let the winter begin
Well, winter has set in, and after a few nasty winter storms, I am unable to get out for my usual runs anymore. Also, with a major snow storm just beginning and the cold weather sticking around, I am finally realizing that my running season is officially over. Now that winter has seemed to arrive with a huge bang, I need to find other ways to exercise, and continue on my healthy path. From the beginning of September to the beginning of December, I noticed that I had gained almost 15 lbs. Over the last 2 weeks, I have managed to lose 10 of those lbs.
URGH.... ALREADY
I am so mad.. I went in and dug out the scale.... I started all this October 1 and I thought that by now I would see a significant differentce.... I do see a change in my clothes (which is good) but I lost... GET THIS... 1.5 pounds???? Are you KIDDING ME??? I need to revamp everything and get my arse in gear.... I am beside myself... Once again, I am in need of changing SOMETHING...
Okay, over it... I am heading back to get my housework done...
