Get Lean While You Sleep
Hi everyone, I'm John Spencer Ellis, CEO of National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association and a member of the Sleep Number Quality of Life Advisory Board. I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about the importance of sleep as it pertains to fitness, weight loss and overall wellness.
Without the right amount of quality sleep, you cannot fully recover from your exercise session and prepare for the next one or attain optimal body fat levels. And lack of sleep actually inhibits lean muscle - you need this to increase your metabolism.

The perfect diet-breakfast!
I'm jus back from walking across half of Sockholm. The whether is nice, not too warm neither too cold, unfortunately this is the Nordics so this perfect whether won't stay for long.
Walking in the morning really gives you an appetiet and I really enjoyed todays bowl of porridge. I don't think many people like porridge but I will give you a great recepie that will change your breakfast habits!
The ultimate finess porridge:
1 dl of porridge oats (prefereble with extra fibre, unless you are sensitive to that)
1 table spoon of sunflower seeds (not roasted or salted)
1 table spoon of "linfrö", trying to find a translation of this into english. It's a small seed approx the size between sunflower seeds and psyllium seeds, brown.

Everyone needs to shape up and tone, but we can't be lazy and we need to make time to feel good, I need help in Toning up and how or when can i do this, Something quick and easy and fast! I need to boost my confidence and self esteem but i cant find an easy way to fix this. This is an important part of life, is to feel good so you can feel and treat others around you better!!
