February 3, 2007 - 7:45pm — redy2bthinagainJust an update... I have dropped about 13 pounds since January 1, 2007... I have been sick for the past couple days, so I can't attribute ALL the loss to weight training and diet, but I know 10 pounds of it is legitimately gone...
My workout
December 12, 2006 - 7:48pm — redy2bthinagainI did my workout tonight... just here at home... I did the Reebok xball (like BOSU) for 30 minutes and then did the ABS OF STEEL 10 minute tape. I will be getting on the treadmill here in a little bit and will be walk / jogging for about an hour.
I don't know a lot about this site, but I am wondering if anyone reads this stuff... I have been searching for different things on here, making workouts, and trying to find workouts and other ideas... It seems like a great place, I just can't wait to meet others that are also on this journey.

URGH.... ALREADY
December 9, 2006 - 5:05pm — redy2bthinagainI am so mad.. I went in and dug out the scale.... I started all this October 1 and I thought that by now I would see a significant differentce.... I do see a change in my clothes (which is good) but I lost... GET THIS... 1.5 pounds???? Are you KIDDING ME??? I need to revamp everything and get my arse in gear.... I am beside myself... Once again, I am in need of changing SOMETHING...
Okay, over it... I am heading back to get my housework done...

December 9, 2006 - 11:19am — redy2bthinagainOkay, here it goes, my FIRST blog on gimme20.com!!! I blog a lot (especially on Myspace).... I love to share stories that happen in my life (believe me I have a BUNCH...lol)
I guess I'll start with my goals... I want to get back in shape and strengthen my core muscles. I had my first back surgery in 2003 and my second in 2006! I had 2 herniated discs in my back (L5/S1 and L4/L5). The one didn't cause a problem for almost 2 years, then I went back to the gym. I was there 1 month and I was doing my leg workout (I was on the leg press) and in between sets I was stretching my legs. I felt a POP in my back, no pain, just a pop. I finished my workout and was on my way. The next day I was pretty sore and I took it easy on the next 2 workouts.
