LadyZ figure diary

Right now I'm in the middle of my 12 weeks out from the figure competition and I'm enjoying this journey that i'm taking. Yes I know it's hard to do with the diet and training. But if I want to place very well in the competition (no lower than 3rd) I need/want to do it. Last night, I had a killer workout. Legs was on the agenda. Me and my trainer were tearing it up in the gym. In the end of our workout we were sweating on the stepper. I'm feeling a bit sore but I know the soreness is going to increase by the afternoon before i go and do abs and cardio (2nd time) afterwork.
