May 18, 2008 - 9:51pm — Suchaladie80I am 27 years old. I am currently 195 and trying to get down to 170. I am 5'10 and a non smoker. I am trying to join the military and the weight I have to be to enter is 176. I ordered nutrisystem and I plan to make this weight in the next 3 months hoping to lose atleast 10 pounds a month 2-3 pounds a week.
