Hi everybody,
My name is Tracey. I just joined today. This seems like a pretty cool website. I am 22 years old, I just graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science. I am currently in my first semester of a 3 year long program for Physical Therapy- Doctorate at the Univ. of RI. But I am considering taking a different path (dropping out sounds so negative). I love the human body, and helping people, which is what sparked my interest in the first place for the physical therapy profession, but I think I am more into fitness, health promotion, and nutrition, rather then rehabilitation. I have always wanted to be a personal trainer, but am considering other fields in the healthcare industry to help compensate. I live in Rhode Island, and our gyms don't even come close to the ones in California...or so I hear, I have never been there. I would be wiling to move to CA for my career. I might got to grad. school for nutrition or advanced exercise science. If anyone has any suggestions...I would love to hear from you.
